Not Just Curry is a concept put together by our Executive Chef, Salil Gupta, who boasts a seventeen-year career working with international 5-star and 7-star luxury hotels and cruise liners. Residing in the culturally diverse city of Calgary, Alberta, this food enthusiast wanted to showcase to everyone that Indian cuisine is not just curry, but a wide and delicious variety of scrumptious kebabs, luscious lentils, healthy vegetables, lean meats, fresh breads and mouth-watering desserts.
Chef Salil started this food catering service to not only provide comfort and nostalgia with his food but to also break outside the box with innovative recipes and flavour combinations.

I can’t say enough about the Butter Chicken, as it is by far one of my favourite dishes ever. The Butter Chicken has a deliciously complex flavour that is both simultaneously authentic and unique. I highly recommend you try the this dish especially if you are new to Not Just Curry.
